Instant Pot Creamy Steak Fettuccini w/ Balsamic Glaze

Thirsty Thursday!

...and what pairs better with a couple adult beverages other than STEAK & PASTA! Mmmm đŸ€€đŸ€€ That’s right..NOTHING!

This Creamy Steak Fettucini is truly out of this world. It’s got such a creamy, cheesy Alfredo texture, with a sweet balsamic after taste that will have you coming back for seconds!

My pickey eaters don’t typically eat steak, but they did last night and LOVED every bit of it. Double win!

Alright enough is enough.. after all, you got groceries to go pick up for dinner tonight! 😉

Come on...get cooking already!!

Ok, just one last thing before you go! Be sure to check out our new Instant Pot cookbooks (available in both E-book AND paperback)!

IP Creamy Steak Fettuccini w/ Balsamic Glaze

12 oz. fettuccini noodles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1-2 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups milk or heavy creamy
1 Tbsp freshly parsley, chopped
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach
2-3 cups vegetable broth (depending on steak)
Balsamic glaze: (store bought works fine but this is our favorite recipe)
1 cup balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp honey
Instructions for glaze:
1) Bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer on stovetop.
2) Once hot, stir in honey and continue to stir until glaze thickens. Turn off and remove from heat.
1) Press “sautĂ©â€ mode on your Instant pot or pressure cooker. While heating, season steak with salt & paper.
2) Once pot is hot, add in butter, garlic, & seasoned steak. Continue to cook until lightly browned.
3) Turn off “sautĂ©â€ mode. Add 1 cup of vegetable broth and deglaze pot. Then,  add in pasta. Add just enough more vegetable broth to cover the top of your pasta and steak. Do NOT stir.
4) Cook on manual HIGH-pressure for 5-minutes. Allow for a 5-minute Natural Pressure Release and Quick Release any remaining pressure.
5) Open and remove lid. Stir in spinach, tomatoes, and milk or heavy cream.
6) Once pasta thickens a little, serve it topped with fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, and drizzled with your balsamic glaze! ENJOY!
