Instant Pot BBQ Pulled Pork
3-4lb boneless pork loin
1 onion, diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 cup Apple juice
¼ cup chopped parsley (optional)
1 bottle of favorite BBQ sauce (Again, I use Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ)
1) Season meat with salt, pepper, paprika, & garlic salt.
2) Add 1 cup Apple juice, 1 tsp liquid smoke, and pork loin to your pressure pot. Top with diced onions.
3) Close and seal lid. Cook on manual HIGH pressure for 60 minutes. Allow a 10-minute Natural Pressure Release and then Quick Release any remaining steam.
4) Serve it up on your favorite sandwich bun and top with crunchy coleslaw!! ENJOY!
